Using our website and text messaging program

Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dayspring Orthodontics website at dayspringortho.com and our text messaging program. By using the website, requesting a consultation, or opting in to text messages you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the messaging program.

Text messaging terms

• Program description. Dayspring Orthodontics sends appointment reminders, confirmations, schedule changes and customer-care messages (for example, a reply to a question you texted us) to patients and prospective patients who have opted in.
• How to opt in. Check the text-message box on our consultation request form, tell us in the office, or send us a text first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of treatment or of any purchase.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by calling (407) 447-9060.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (407) 447-9060 or hello@dayspringortho.com.
• Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your care, typically a few messages around each appointment. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Automated delivery. You authorize us and our messaging provider to send text messages to the mobile number you provided, including by automated technology. Standard SMS is not encrypted; please do not send detailed health information by text.
• Your number. Tell us if you change or give up your mobile number so that messages do not reach someone else. You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in.
• Privacy. Your opt-in consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Consultation requests

Submitting the consultation form is a request, not a booked appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on a time. Please call (407) 447-9060 for anything time-sensitive.

Not medical advice

Information on this website is general and educational. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for an examination by Dr. Lopez or another licensed clinician. Treatment options, timelines and costs are determined at your consultation. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Website use and content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Dayspring Orthodontics or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, republish, scrape or misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and messaging program are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dayspring Orthodontics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the messaging program, including missed messages or reminders. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations to you as a patient under applicable law or our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
